I’m Vandana, the heart and hands behind Patisserie by Vandana. My journey into the world of baking wasn’t a straight line—it was a bold U-turn from boardrooms to baking trays, and it’s been the most fulfilling adventure of my life.
I began my academic journey in management, completing my MBA and B.Ed, and even prepared for the civil services. But somewhere along the way, I realized my true calling wasn’t in paperwork—it was in pastry.
Driven by passion, I immersed myself in the world of baking, learning from some of the finest cake artists across India. My foundation was built at the Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts, where I completed several professional programs and masterclasses with both Indian and international chefs. These experiences shaped not just my skills, but my entire philosophy around food, creativity, and teaching.
